President – 35 years
Tom is the founder and owner of T and T Custom Designs, Inc. where he has been indeed with Hospitality and Commercial Interior projects for over 30 years. He was born in West Palm Beach, FL and is one of the rare Floridians still here in the business. The vast majority of completed projects have been within the State of Florida, however Tom has also worked in the Bahamas completing properties such as the Four Seasons Grand Exuma, Atlantis for the last 10 years, as well as several other properties in the Grand Bahama Islands.
Senior Project Manager – 20 years
Kira got her first taste of construction working in NYC for one of ENR’s top 5 General Contracting firms. From there she moved down to Florida to continue her passion with auditing, estimating, and project management for hi-rise residential, educational, hospitality, office, retail, and restaurant projects. Kira has had the unique opportunity of working as a subcontractor, general contractor, and owner’s representative. From this exposure she has gleaned a huge understanding of the industry working from different operational perspectives - and learned the flexibility required to work successfully with the many personalities therein.
Operations Manager – 12 years
Originally from Washington DC, Shavone has built a successful career in Business Management. Shavone has focused on developing and implementing processes and systems for day-to-day operations. She is very passionate about creating and maintaining strong relationships with staff, customers, and other contracting firms. As a solutions provider extraordinaire, Shavone continues to drive operational improvements across the board, maximizing the value of the asset base while ensuring a tight control on operational costs.
Building Project Manager - 1 year
With vast experience of being on the sites of renovation and new builds across the country, Dude lends his infectious positive energy and enthusiasm to every endeavor. His unyielding drive to better every project enables the Team to thrive in all that they do, professionally and personally.
